An animated smoke tutorial
We have really nice tools for fluid effects and smokes of course. There are great plugins like DPIT or Turbulence4D, we can use Pyrocluster as well. But all these possibilities take a lot of render time and this can be crucial in many cases. In case you are looking for a really simple, fast and cheap solution, you can use standard CINEMA 4D lights and particles. This solution is not so perfect like fluid effects, without a doubt, but it still can be very useful for animations (it renders very quick).
Lights themselves have one really very important disadvantage. They can't cast shadows. We will teach how can we simulate them and how to get a really nice and suitable shadow for our smoke.
